seats and food.

Visited Nextmod a couple days ago to pick up my Nagisa Auto seat rail for the Fit and I got  to check out  Peter’s new baller seats, a pair of Recaro ASM Ruby SR-7’s.

And after picking up my rail, finally get to put in the second Zeal bucket  and not run a mismatched set of front seats. 😀

I’m pretty happy overall with the Nagisa Auto rails. The side mounts are flimsy though. It feels like you can bend it with your bare hands. They sit quite a bit lower than the Bride bracket I have on the driver side, probably something along the lines of 3-5″ lower, which is great. I find the Bride bracket much too high for my liking.

And finally, went around the calendar again and ended up another year older. Food + friends = good times.

impulsive purchases.

I ended up impulse purchasing an M3 SMG tri-stitch steering wheel recently and got a chance to install it today. Haven’t wired up the paddle shifting yet but I’m hoping I have the right wires to tap, cause from what I can tell, the colours of my wiring are different compared to the DIY I followed >>>here<<<

The wheel is a great improvement in feel when compared to my original wheel. It’s a thicker wheel, and after cleaning and conditioning the leather, it all feels superb. I’m also thinking about switching out the stock paddles with some aluminum ones, but that’ll have to wait until I figure out how to wire up the paddles.

Bought a fixed gear bike as well. I thought they say once you ride a bike, you’ll always remember how to. Doesn’t seem to be the case with me haha. I don’t think I’ve ridden a bike for 10-15 years, but I guess it all comes back eventually. =_=

shots of oem bmw aero rear lip.

Don’t see too many of these kits floating around in pictures online so here’s a few more. I decided to go with a muffler delete (cause I’m cheap haha) and went with a single Magnaflow tip. The rear lip has an option of a dual tip cut out, the “frame” of the dual tip cut out is there, just need to cut out the excess plastic.
